Choosing a subscription

Subscribe & Save is optional where offered. You can choose a one-time purchase instead. The product, quantity, recurring price, discount, delivery frequency and any shipping charge are shown before you confirm the subscription at checkout. A subscription authorises recurring charges for the agreed deliveries.

Future deliveries and cancellation

You may ask us to pause, change or cancel future deliveries by emailing coffeeholic.london@gmail.com with your order or subscription number. Account or subscription-management links may also be provided in your confirmation emails. Contact us before the next scheduled renewal is processed so we can apply the change to that delivery. We will confirm the change by email. If a charge or dispatch has already occurred, we will explain whether that delivery can still be stopped and your applicable return rights.

Charges and refunds

Your agreed price and frequency are set out in the subscription confirmation. Any proposed changes will be communicated before they take effect, with information about cancelling future deliveries. Cancelling future renewals does not automatically refund deliveries already supplied. Our returns and refunds policy and your mandatory consumer rights continue to apply.
