Shipping policy

UK delivery

  • Standard UK delivery: £4.99.
  • Free standard UK delivery on qualifying orders of £50 or more, as confirmed at checkout.
  • Estimated UK arrival: 3–6 calendar days after ordering, including processing. Dates shown on product pages update daily and are estimates, not guaranteed delivery appointments.

We normally process orders within one business day, excluding weekends and public holidays. Remote destinations, busy periods and carrier disruption can affect arrival. If we expect a material delay, we will contact you.

International delivery

We also deliver to selected international destinations offered at checkout. Current standard rates are £14.99 to supported EU destinations and £23.99 to other supported international destinations. The final available service and charge are shown before payment. Free UK delivery does not apply to international orders. International arrival depends on the destination, carrier and customs; the UK 3–6 day estimate does not apply.

Customs and taxes

International orders may incur destination taxes, customs duties or carrier handling fees. Any charges collected by us are shown at checkout. Unless checkout states that duties are prepaid, additional charges imposed by the destination authorities or carrier are payable by the recipient. Customs clearance may delay delivery.

Availability and subscriptions

Products marked Coming soon cannot be ordered. For subscriptions, the delivery frequency and recurring charges are shown when you select a plan and at checkout. Any delivery charge applies to each shipment as shown in the subscription agreement.

Tracking and delivery problems

We send dispatch and tracking details by email where tracking is available. Check your delivery address before ordering. If an order is lost, damaged or delayed, contact us with your order number so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution. Your consumer rights are not affected.
